About Keeping Up a Busy Lifestyle

Every day of your life can be an adventure, if you want it to be. All you need to do is, choose the life you want and give every ounce of energy you have to work for it.

No-one could have ever told me the amount of hours you spend working in a day. And I don’t mean working at your day job, I mean actually going beyond your desk, beyond your working hours, going beyond what everyone else is doing and going after what you want in life. As an adult, I find myself quite often struggling to keep up with my own life, the one which I wanted, the job, the hobbies, the apartment, the blog, the photo shoots, the schedule, the workouts and the friendships will all keep you breathtakingly busy all the time. And quite frankly, I fricking love it. Even when I’m morbid in my bed throwing a tantrum to myself of how I hate to clean the dishes, I love it. Even when I’m half past exhausted after the day’s work and still need to put in 2 hours of yoga, I love it. Even when I’m crying because I’m ill and there’s nothing in the fridge with no-one to buy the groceries, I love it. Because I wanted it, all of it.

I think it’s important to have some form of understanding of how much it takes to adult, and then just multiply that by reality and you’ve already cried in public multiple times because nothing you want comes easy. And I think it gets even harder as you get older. But there’s an aspiration to it. There’s purpose in it. It’s you, chasing after the things you want, the things you dream about. So keep on keeping up with your goals. It takes a lot of work, but you were also given time. So use it wisely. And also, use all of it!
